Ken Baldo, Founder and President

As 365Competitors Founder and President, Ken leads the company's vision, strategy and growth. A competitive runner and self-proclaimed "health-nut" he longed to take his career in a direction that would improve the industry that was also his passion. After many successful years as a senior sales executive for a major payment processing company and then as a partner in his own niche payment consulting firm, Ken identified a specific need within the races he was participating. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to create 365Competitiors. He considers himself among the lucky to have been able to combine his great love of running with his profession.

Ed Albright, Director of Operations

Expert at all things organizational, Ed Albright is responsible for high-level company direction, as well as the overall process and procedures at 365Competitors. His 35+ years of experience in management and operations makes him well-equipped to drive the overall vision of our company. Prior to this position, he served as president for a $3 billion pharmaceutical company and founder of a major New Jersey biotech company.

Laura Kaiser, Marketing Manager

When it comes to communications - from traditional marketing to social media to PR - it's Laura's job to get the word out on 365Competitors. She has been writing professionally for more than 15 years in a number of positions at various companies. Laura worked as Creative Director for a major business publishing company, managing a staff of writers and graphic artists. The invaluable experience and contacts she gained during that time allowed her to transition to new projects with more flexibility while raising her family. The challenge and excitement of promoting a new company are what she thrives on today.

Kerri Mazzariello, Office Manager

Detail-oriented, experienced and dynamic, Kerri lends her bevy of administrative skills and insurance-specific experience to 365Competitors. Her responsibilities keep her busy behind the scenes, making sure the cogs and wheels of the company run smoothly. Kerri possesses over 10 years of experience in specialty lines of insurance, as well as life insurance. Prior to that, she served as administrative assistant for a busy 6-physician cardiology office and worked for Florida's child support division. In between her duties at 365Competitors and taking care of an active young family, she still finds time to help rescue stray cats.
